- Ensure code is AI-generated, human-validated, and production-ready
- Maintain fast, secure, observable, and cost-aware systems
- Drive continuous delivery processes
- Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to define functionality
- Ship and iterate on product features quickly
- Mentor and lead 1–2 engineers
- Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and speed
- Establish AI-assisted development playbooks
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership
- Promote a learning loop through post-launch reviews and metrics
