- Ability to thrive in chaotic startup environments
- Comfortable spending time on the production floor
- Ability to work in-person at HQ in Zurich, Switzerland

- Lead the development of customer-facing products like the Customer Portal and ERP
- Create operator interfaces and production dashboards
- Integrate partner APIs with defense-grade security
- Understand factory operations to improve tool usability
- Recruit and lead a high-performing engineering team
- Establish scalable engineering practices across multiple factories
- Collaborate with customers and management to prioritize the roadmap
