- Proven experience in operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical plants or biotech industry
- Proficiency in SAP, COMOS, DeltaV, and MES Syncade highly desirable
- Proficient English and/or German communication
- Familiarity with GMP standards and protocols
- Self-reliant, trustworthy, and effective working approach
Aufgaben
- Plan and realize electrical MSR readiness
- Ensure seamless operation of Biologics facilities
- Manage GMP-compliant activities
- Test and document using Kneat and Ubik
- Prepare and update plant documentation
- Ensure regulatory compliance in SAP/COMOS
- Implement continuous improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Refine internal procedures
- Optimize workflows
