- Knowledge of SAP solutions portfolio and business processes
- Some technical understanding for solution area
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in business software
- Knowledge of SAAS and IAAS processes
- Strong program/project management and governance skills
- Expert commercial/deal support skills
- Relationship-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
- Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription/perpetual license solutions
- German language skills (C1 level)

- Build deep executive relationships
- Earn trusted advisor status with customers
- Identify opportunities to leverage SAP solutions
- Mitigate customer churn
- Manage SAP solution and service renewals
- Identify sales leads
- Support sales expansion and upsell efforts

- Drive renewals, expansions, and up-sells of license solutions
