- Strong networking within Customer Success and CS&D organizations
- Experience working with large multinational customers
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Proficiency in Business English and German

Aufgaben
- Develop relationships with senior account executives
- Act as the primary Services contact
- Expand the company's Services footprint
- Foster long-term customer and partner success
- Generate opportunities based on customer challenges
- Create comprehensive account plans
- Meet specific booking and revenue targets
- Manage opportunities and bid processes
- Shape deals following governance controls
- Orchestrate resources for sales and delivery
- Collaborate within the company's ecosystem
- Apply value and solution selling techniques
- Coach colleagues to improve team skills
- Lead teams in creating cross-organizational offers
