Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting (SaaS/enterprise software)
- Strong understanding of German Public and Energy sector (governance, compliance, digital transformation)
- Ability to lead complex customer engagements, influence stakeholders, and advise strategically
- Proven track record in enterprise account management (onboarding, adoption, renewal)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture, IT transformation, or SaaS Management (advantageous)
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Mandatory German language skills
