Anforderungen
- •Three years experience in outward-facing roles
- •Experience with headless products or agency background
- •Familiarity with web and mobile technologies
- •Experience with subscription sales models
- •Collaboration with technical teams for customers
- •Ability to prioritize and handle pressure
- •Excellent English and optional German skills
- •CMS experience and knowledge as plus
- •Success driving strategy for large companies
- •Willingness for occasional on-site customer visits

- •Serve as the primary contact for EMEA customers
- •Drive customer retention and account expansion
- •Build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders
- •Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams
- •Report to the Customer Success Team Lead
- •Ensure successful customer onboarding
- •Advise on best practices for project success
- •Help customers establish Centres of Excellence
- •Define success metrics and business value
- •Act as a trusted advisor and advocate
- •Guide customers through the entire product journey
- •Develop deep product and best practice knowledge
- •Provide product feedback to the development team
- •Identify and coordinate expansion opportunities
- •Maintain contact with business leaders and developers
- •Lead check-in calls and business reviews
- •Connect customers with internal subject matter experts
- •Prioritize and address multiple customer requests
