Aufgaben
- Respond to European and NMEA distributor inquiries in English and German
- Enter and process orders accurately within the system
- Collect and manage distributor invoices
- Address all order and delivery-related requests professionally
- Notify distributors regarding shipment schedules and documentation
- Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange required deliveries
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align services with distributor needs
- Act as a communication link between distributors and internal departments
- Resolve operational issues through cross-functional teamwork
- Support initiatives to improve the distributor experience and internal processes
