Aufgaben
- Process orders and coordinate deliveries using SAP ERP
- Monitor and track order fulfillment
- Prepare transport documents for non-hazardous and hazardous goods
- Understand export procedures and customs documentation
- Handle customer inquiries and clarify delivery status in German and English
- Track delivery performance on a monthly basis
- Record and process complaints and returns in the SAP C4C system
- Prepare accompanying documents for national and international parcel shipments
- Participate in projects
