Aufgaben
- Execute international order processing from entry to invoicing
- Manage customer orders for the Austrian production facility
- Interface between customers and internal departments like production and logistics
- Handle inquiries regarding order status and product availability
- Coordinate general order flow to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across the US, Europe, and Asia
- Communicate with German and Austrian customers via phone and email
- Support service processes to meet team sales goals
- Escalate critical issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain standardized processes within the order management team
