- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to contribute to cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in German and English

- Good understanding of business environment
- Ability to debate issues with peers and senior colleagues

Aufgaben
- Drive growth with external customers through excellent service and analysis
- Work cross-functionally with customers, supply chain, commercial, and accounting teams
- Process customer orders efficiently and timely
- Monitor and explain service levels and shortage reports to customers
- Investigate order failures and collaborate on improvement plans
- Build strong relationships with customer supply chain groups
- Ensure perfect orders by working with customer and internal teams
- Analyze and process orders for consistency with demand and agreements
- Manage order listings and new product dates
- Collaborate on stock allocation during supply restrictions
- Monitor and address distribution failures
- Manage complaints for assigned customers
- Participate in supply chain initiatives
- Measure and report weekly KPI service levels
- Identify and address key issues and trends
- Maintain accurate customer master data
- Support month-end and year-end closure activities
