Aufgaben
- Welcome and greet customers, passengers, crews, visitors, and business acquaintances
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to the VIP Lounge
- Offer refreshments to guests in the VIP Lounge
- Provide administrative support to all site departments
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and VIP Lounges
- Vacuum carpets in the reception area and VIP Lounges
- Monitor and order F&B items inventory
- Support the Receptionist or Duty Officer with administrative tasks
- Receive FBO Customer Service and Operational training
- Understand and communicate the Company's service offerings
- Participate in the Safety & Quality Management System
- Promote a positive safety culture
- Identify and report potential hazards and near misses
- Follow Jet Aviation's Policies, Manuals, and Procedures
