  • •Support legal tech and e-billing tools
  • •Maintain electronic files and contract repositories
  • •Organize team meetings, offsites, and workshops
  • •Handle internal stakeholder requests
  • •Coordinate authentications, notarizations, and signatures
  • •Liaise with external law firms and providers
  • •Track legal budgets, accruals, and reporting
  • •Support the contract management system rollout
