Anforderungen

Proven experience with Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools
Fluency in English and German

Aufgaben

Monitor and optimize operating costs (OPEX) across the organization
Develop cost control frameworks for efficiency and transparency
Maintain the cost accounting system, updating allocation keys annually
Lead the annual budgeting process, focusing on client revenue and profitability
Create detailed financial forecasts, including revenue, costs, and margins
Track budget vs. actual performance, providing actionable insights
Prepare periodic management reports on financial performance and KPIs
Produce financial reporting packages for management and shareholders
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide strategic insights
Validate sales provisions for accuracy and completeness
Analyze financial performance of client projects, tracking profitability and margins
Supervise client billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support the digital transformation of finance, focusing on automation
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI
