Aufgaben
- Analyze KPIs to identify potential and develop improvement measures
- Plan and adjust budgets
- Check order books and clarify with Planning & Buying
- Review initial allocation quantities
- Create and maintain seasonal master data
- Review release proposals with Planning, Outbound, and Online teams
- Book time slots for deliveries
- Provide missing master data, including ATS and additional purchases
- Handle damaged items and coordinate logistics
- Manage old stock transfers and logistics coordination
- Prepare, execute, and follow up on annual inventory with Finance and Online teams
- Analyze error sources in monthly inventory
- Follow up on missing deliveries with the Outbound team
- Prepare offers for promotions and newsletters
- Analyze KPIs for markdowns and define steps for the online shop
- Participate in bi-weekly team calls to align on current topics
