- Experience in retail, real estate, or multi-site environments (advantageous)

- Strong organizational and coordination skills, proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Structured approach to working with data, reports, and documentation
- Willingness to travel and valid driving license
- Knowledge of facility, construction, or real estate management
- Understanding of sustainability practices and energy management systems
- Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 50001) (strong advantage)
- Additional language skills (a plus)
Aufgaben
- Administer and maintain Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger O&O stores
- Organize administrative and commercial aspects of technical maintenance
- Monitor repair and maintenance activities
- Handle damage and insurance claims
- Oversee technical inspections and facility upkeep
- Manage service and facility operations
- Coordinate with external service providers and landlords
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Maintain documentation, reports, and tracking tools
- Support invoice processing
- Assist with energy management and audits
- Review service charge statements
- Support project managers and cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Drive process improvements
- Support sustainability initiatives
