Coordinator Wholesale Operations & Customer Service(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- Commercial education
- Vocational diploma or Abitur
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Organizational talent and ability to set priorities
- Affinity with numbers and structured working with data and lists
- Good German language skills and fluent in English
- Advanced PC user skills (MS-Office)
Aufgaben
- Process orders and monitor the order book in SAP
- Ensure timely progression of orders through the warehouse and delivery cycle
- Enter relevant data for order delivery, including customer order numbers and size verification
- Prepare analyses on orders, delivery status, and partner inquiries
- Process return requests efficiently
- Provide service-oriented support to sales representatives on delivery status and availability
- Monitor special orders, including advertising requests
- Generate specific reports as needed
- Maintain direct contact with partners, warehouse, credit control, and sales teams regarding order and delivery status
- Update and maintain customer master data
- Support credit control in Amsterdam with account clarifications
- Create divisional reports, such as Pack & Hold
- Collaborate with relevant departments on various tasks
- Process orders and notifications on customer portals
- Act as the contact person for B2B inquiries
- Participate in specific projects as assigned
