Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree
  • •Advanced degree in Law, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • •10+ years of relevant European Compliance experience
  • •Strong knowledge of European compliance frameworks and codes
  • •Experience in fast-paced, evolving environment
  • •Track record of building compliance programs
  • •Demonstrated ability to work at strategic and operational levels
  • •Excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • •Ability to operate independently and influence without authority
  • •Ethics & Compliance certification (CCEP, CPA, CIA, etc.)
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish) highly desirable
  • •Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and flexibility

  • •Develop and refine the European compliance strategy
  • •Establish policies and procedures for country-specific regulations
  • •Serve as a Compliance business partner to regional leadership teams
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders for product launch strategies
  • •Lead operational compliance activities, including material review and approval
  • •Deliver compliance training across functions and countries
  • •Monitor compliance activities and conduct risk assessments
  • •Manage local compliance operations while ensuring consistency
  • •Oversee third-party due diligence and vendor compliance processes
  • •Promote a culture of ethics and accountability throughout Europe
  • •Drive continuous improvement in compliance systems and reporting
  • •Support global compliance governance forums and strategies
  • •Assist in investigations of potential compliance violations
