Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree
- •Advanced degree in Law, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- •10+ years of relevant European Compliance experience
- •Strong knowledge of European compliance frameworks and codes
- •Experience in fast-paced, evolving environment
- •Track record of building compliance programs
- •Demonstrated ability to work at strategic and operational levels
- •Excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- •Ability to operate independently and influence without authority
- •Ethics & Compliance certification (CCEP, CPA, CIA, etc.)
- •Fluency in English
- •Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish) highly desirable
- •Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and flexibility

- •Develop and refine the European compliance strategy
- •Establish policies and procedures for country-specific regulations
- •Serve as a Compliance business partner to regional leadership teams
- •Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders for product launch strategies
- •Lead operational compliance activities, including material review and approval
- •Deliver compliance training across functions and countries
- •Monitor compliance activities and conduct risk assessments
- •Manage local compliance operations while ensuring consistency
- •Oversee third-party due diligence and vendor compliance processes
- •Promote a culture of ethics and accountability throughout Europe
- •Drive continuous improvement in compliance systems and reporting
- •Support global compliance governance forums and strategies
- •Assist in investigations of potential compliance violations
