- Strong knowledge of European compliance frameworks and codes
- Experience in fast-paced, evolving environment
- Track record of building compliance programs
- Demonstrated ability to work at strategic and operational levels
- Excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently and influence without authority
- Ethics & Compliance certification (CCEP, CPA, CIA, etc.)
- Fluency in English
- Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish) highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and flexibility
Aufgaben
- Develop and refine the European compliance strategy
- Establish policies and procedures for country-specific regulations
- Serve as a Compliance business partner to regional leadership teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders for product launch strategies
- Lead operational compliance activities, including material review and approval
- Deliver compliance training across functions and countries
- Monitor compliance activities and conduct risk assessments
- Manage local compliance operations while ensuring consistency
- Oversee third-party due diligence and vendor compliance processes
- Promote a culture of ethics and accountability throughout Europe
- Drive continuous improvement in compliance systems and reporting
- Support global compliance governance forums and strategies
- Assist in investigations of potential compliance violations
