- Plan and coordinate all pre-commissioning and start-up activities
- Develop commissioning plans, schedules, and test procedures
- Test control panels and substation automation systems across Singapore
- Execute commissioning safely according to quality and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with engineering and project management to resolve technical issues
- Manage customer relationships and secure formal project acceptance
- Report site progress and manage commissioning assets and tools
- Provide marked-up drawings for final as-built documentation
- Identify project risks and keep stakeholders informed
- Guide associate engineers and coordinate tasks for junior staff
