Aufgaben
- Advise Front-Office and clients on account opening and KYC review
- Control account opening and KYC review by Front-Office
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
- Liaise with bank stakeholders, including Front-Office and Anti-Money Laundering functions
- Support Front-Office in new client adoption and account maintenance
- Participate in continuous assessment and recommend process improvements
- Track account opening and maintenance progress
- Follow up with Front-Office teams on process issues
- Propose assistance in resolving account opening and maintenance issues
- Produce regular reports on account opening process
- Define and track actions for process improvement
- Participate in periodic projects to enhance process efficiency
