As a Client Services Officer, you will focus on onboarding institutional clients and conducting thorough reviews. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing account openings, performing due diligence, and ensuring compliance through KYC processes.

Anforderungen

• •At least 5 years’ experience in Relationship Management, Front Support or Risk/Compliance role in Banking
• •Good understanding of compliance standards and processes
• •Good understanding of the Banking industry
• •Good communication skills
• •Organized and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
• •Ability to work on own initiative
• •Good team player
• •Excellent command of spoken and written German and English, other language(s) will be an advantage

Aufgaben

• •Manage account openings for institutional clients
• •Perform due diligence on new clients
• •Request KYC information and documentation
• •Review and verify received documentation
• •Assess name and media screening hits
• •Write KYC reports
• •Coordinate and execute client reviews within GPS
• •Draft and maintain manuals and guidelines for team standards
• •Participate in the development and testing of the team's workflow tool
• •Represent the team in bank-wide IT projects
• •Conduct control tasks
