- Define and execute Technomag’s business strategy
- Ensure strong market positioning and accountability
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and margin expansion
- Foster cross-market collaboration and alignment with Group priorities
- Lead all commercial functions
- Strengthen customer value proposition and brand positioning
- Identify and implement initiatives to increase market share
