- Ability to conduct in-depth data analysis and gap assessments
- Ability to present solution options
- Data query and/or programming experience (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Diligent, accurate, and reliable personality
- Critical and conceptual problem-solver with a growth mindset
- Ability to work independently in a global team setup
- Ability to take ownership of initiatives
