- Expertise in IQVIA data and CRM systems
- Expertise in performance measurement and forecasting
- Professional German, French, and English skills
- Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Understanding of BI and data warehouse technologies
- Project management and organizational skills
- Self-motivation and resourcefulness
- Ability to perform under pressure
Aufgaben
- Serve on the Country Leadership Team
- Lead and develop a team of eleven
- Drive local Sales Force Effectiveness
- Manage the local CRM system
- Localize segmentation and targeting standards
- Set goals and calculate incentives
- Lead CRM rollouts and team trainings
- Drive integrated account management
- Manage local Power BI solutions
- Conduct market research for brand strategies
- Develop patient flow models and forecasts
- Screen local business opportunities
- Unify the Customer Service team
- Implement SAP and harmonize systems
- Manage hospital and wholesaler relationships
- Build a digital and omnichannel framework
- Execute the digital engagement strategy
- Manage the local website strategy
- Oversee congress and event management
- Evolve the company's event visibility
- Lead transparency reporting and compliance
