Anforderungen

- •Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- •Fluency in English and German (min. C1)
Aufgaben
- •Generate new leads for the DACH market
- •Take ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns
- •Engage prospective clients through emails, calls, social selling, and events
- •Leverage marketing-led demand generation campaigns
- •Identify and follow up with prospects to build relationships
- •Build a strong sales pipeline targeting companies with over 200 employees
- •Proactively identify new niches for outreach
- •Create innovative campaign ideas to improve outreach
- •Analyze outreach efforts and campaign results for insights
- •Refine future strategies based on analysis
- •Manage a pipeline of potential clients to exceed monthly targets
