Anforderungen
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years' managerial experience in concrete admixtures, ready-mix, precast concrete, or construction chemicals
- Proven regional or multi-country business development experience
- Strong track record in commercial growth and technical support
- Strong leadership and management competencies
- Strong technical understanding of concrete and admixture technologies
- Commercial acumen with P&L and profitability understanding
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
- Ability to influence across countries without direct authority
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- High mobility and willingness to travel extensively
- Structured, data-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Fluent English
- German, French, or Spanish language skills are an advantage
- Travel across Europe (> 50%)

- Ensure commercial and technical readiness
- Monitor execution progress
- Maintain strong field presence
- Visit countries and customers regularly
- Support complex technical-commercial discussions
- Collect and refine field feedback
- Consolidate market intelligence
- Translate insights into recommendations
- Identify product and performance gaps
- Define business cases and technical requirements
- Collaborate with R&D and technical functions
- Understand country-level P&L performance
- Support growth and profitability initiatives
- Contribute to business optimization
- Organize regional workshops and trainings
- Promote experience sharing
- Strengthen collaboration culture
