Anforderungen
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Proven Business Analyst experience or significant banking/financial services industry experience with strong business analysis responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-orientation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, organized working approach
- Passion for continuous learning
- Knowledge and experience in RDBMS, Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL
- Experience in application support, incident management, or service operations
- Knowledge of CLM, AML, KYC, onboarding, and related third-party solutions
- Familiarity with cloud environments and containerization technologies
- Knowledge of Avaloq Core with certification
Aufgaben
- Act as key link between clients, service teams, and development
- Analyse business requirements
- Investigate and resolve production incidents
- Ensure smooth operation of business-critical applications
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions
- Ensure stable and efficient operation of CLM/CRM solutions
- Analyse and consolidate client requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end
- Triage, impact analyse, troubleshoot, coordinate, and resolve issues
- Act as trusted point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Manage expectations and ensure effective communication
- Support onboarding of new banking services
- Support testing activities, including functional validation and UAT
- Contribute to product enhancements and new functionalities
- Maintain clear documentation
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices
