Aufgaben
- Support sales in preparing and processing offers.
- Act as the main contact for financial and billing matters, providing documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of client annual recurring fees.
- Ensure timely and correct invoicing for projects and services.
- Coordinate client and partner invoicing with Finance and AR teams.
- Assist sales in preparing presentations, documentation, client meetings, events, and follow-up.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in reporting systems.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain team documentation and administrative records.
- Support Team Lead with onboarding and training new members.
