- Translate specification wins into measurable pipeline
- Track spec-to-order conversion
- Support pipeline governance
- Partner with Sales to convert early influence into orders
- Strengthen solution differentiation
- Influence product roadmaps
- Track specification coverage and performance
- Use CRM and digital tools for high-potential opportunities
- Align Sales, Product, Engineering, and Service
- Drive collaboration and accountability in matrix environment
