Anforderungen
- HES engineering or ES technician degree in automation, or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years industrial automation experience, including Touch Panel programming and data exchange
- Mastery of Siemens PLCs and TIA Portal development
- Knowledge of Rockwell and Allen Bradley automatons is a plus
- Knowledge of Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP) is an asset
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 requirements is an asset
- Organizational skills, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
Aufgaben
- Manage complex technical automation projects
- Plan and coordinate project phases
- Implement projects from design to commissioning
- Provide technical support and ensure quality
- Monitor project budgets and meet deadlines
- Select electrical components
- Create electrical schematics and safety loops
- Design automation program structures
- Develop process designs and network topologies
- Program PLCs and HMI interfaces using TIA Portal
- Commission systems in-house and at customer sites
- Write technical documentation for installations
- Support sales in component selection
- Estimate engineering time for automation solutions
- Offer post-installation technical support
