Anforderungen
- HES engineering degree or ES technician degree in automation (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years industrial automation experience, including Touch Panel programming and data exchange
- Mastery of Siemens PLCs and TIA Portal development
- Knowledge of Rockwell and Allen Bradley automatons (plus)
- English fluency (C1 level) required
- Good German knowledge (asset)
- Knowledge of Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP) (asset)
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 requirements (asset)
- Organizational skills, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills
- Independent work and effective team collaboration
Aufgaben
- Manage complex technical projects in industrial automation
- Plan and coordinate project phases from design to commissioning
- Provide technical support for project quality and compliance
- Monitor project budgets and ensure deadlines are met
- Select electrical components and create schematics
- Design safety loops for electrical systems
- Program PLCs and HMI interfaces using TIA Portal (Siemens)
- Design automation processes and network topology
- Develop communication interfaces for automation systems
- Commission systems in-house and at customer sites (FAT/SAT)
- Write technical documentation including functional specifications and user manuals
- Prepare IQ/OQ/PQ, SDS, and HDS documents
- Support sales team in component selection and cost evaluation
- Estimate engineering time for automation solutions
- Provide post-installation technical support for delivered solutions
