- Proven track record delivering projects under cost, quality, schedule constraints
- Experience working in matrix organizations, coordinating teams without direct authority
- Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication
- Structured, analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Project management certification (IPMA, PMI, or similar) ideally
- Fluent English; German and/or French are a strong plus

- Define and execute program strategies
- Lead multiple global sourcing and development projects
- Ensure project delivery across technical scope, cost, quality, and timelines
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams
- Identify risks and deviations proactively
- Drive mitigation plans with senior stakeholders
- Organize and lead risk and governance meetings
- Ensure structured and transparent project reporting
- Manage project planning and financial tracking
- Ensure successful project closure and post-project follow-up
- Hand over projects to Product Management
- Drive compliance with internal processes
