- Comprehensive understanding of clinical/statistical programming processes and standards
- Advanced knowledge in CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM)
- Ability to work independently or in a team, manage timelines
- Experience in cross-functional, multicultural, international clinical trial teams
- Interest and/or experience expanding beyond SAS
- Experience in/passion for automatization of routine programming tasks
- Broad knowledge of clinical development and processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written English)
- Ability to collaboratively work in matrix environment
- Solutions oriented mindset
- Fluency in technical requirements for CDISC datasets and DDT files
- Presentations of programming techniques at professional conferences (plus)
Aufgaben
- Lead development and maintenance of CSL statistical programming capabilities
- Collaborate with Director, Statistical Programming to manage tasks to completion
- Work with Statisticians to ensure deliverables meet CSL standards
- Manage Therapeutic Areas or programs, ensuring timely and high-quality work
- Assess upcoming activities and resource needs for project planning
- Oversee CRO delivery or manage in-house programming of clinical trial data
- Design and implement complex specifications and programs for clinical data
- Coordinate exploratory analyses and responses to regulatory requests
- Mentor and provide feedback to programmers on assigned projects
- Ensure compliance with programming processes and strategies
- Test and implement advanced programming methods and tools
- Drive automation of delivery, including AI integration
