Aufgaben

  • Lead product strategy, growth, and execution for Mission Critical Solutions
  • Partner with engineering, UX, data analytics, customer success, and sales
  • Shape, deliver, and scale applications
  • Own product vision and execution for solutions
  • Ensure alignment with strategic evolution
  • Strengthen mission critical and decarbonization positioning
  • Define and own multi-year vision and strategy
  • Translate market trends into product direction
  • Align Mission Critical strategy with platform and AI strategy
  • Own the product backlog, including epics and features
  • Define 'definition of done'
  • Prioritize backlog with Product Managers and Engineering
  • Collaborate with Engineering on implementation
  • Scope, refine, and deliver high-value features incrementally
  • Translate user needs into clear epics with acceptance criteria
  • Support sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Support release planning and cross-functional coordination
  • Engage with customers, partners, and sales teams
  • Understand use cases, pain points, and value drivers
  • Define personas, workflows, and use cases for solutions
  • Champion customer feedback loops
  • Ensure enhancements influence the roadmap
  • Partner with GTM teams to launch products
  • Manage release documentation, training, pricing, and marketing
  • Own business performance across the portfolio
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies
  • Measure product adoption and business impact
  • Optimize features based on analytics
  • Align with Product Managers and engineering across the portfolio
  • Coordinate dependencies and integrated experiences
