- Leverage integrated translational evidence
- Lead mechanism of action studies
- Support biomarker discovery and target validation
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Provide guidance to R&D projects
- Represent Translational Research in core teams
- Liaise with RTALs to support research strategies
- Participate in global cross-functional teams
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and publications
- Supervise and mentor research scientists
- Maintain knowledge through literature reviews
- Support contract negotiations and patent filings
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Provide input for strategic planning and due diligence
