Aufgaben
- Lead the design and execution of PK and TK strategies
- Interpret PK and TK data for drug discovery and development
- Support nonclinical and development programs across therapeutic areas
- Manage a team of Principal and Senior PK Scientists
- Ensure consistent approaches for IND-enabling PK strategies
- Oversee the planning and execution of PK and TK studies
- Maintain scientific rigor and regulatory compliance with external CROs
- Resolve issues regarding study design and data interpretation
- Manage study timelines and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Research, NCD, CMC, and development functions
- Provide PK and TK data for IND and NDA submissions
- Represent the PK/QSP function in project teams and governance meetings
