Aufgaben
- Assemble and test UAV prototypes and small production batches
- Ensure high-quality assembly, wiring, and testing before deployment
- Perform mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, soldering, and functional testing
- Prepare and maintain assembly and test documentation
- Create and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and test procedures
- Organize and manage components, tools, and inventory
- Maintain an efficient and well-structured workspace
- Support prototype development and low-volume production
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to improve performance and reliability
- Conduct initial testing to ensure all components and systems function correctly
- Support full system-level integration and testing
- Contribute to cabling activities for clean and reliable connections
- Conduct mechanical assembly, drilling, and functional testing
- Manage inventory and stock for the R&D team
- Develop and maintain BOMs and assembly procedures
