- Coach and develop the team's analytical and commercial skill set
- Help colleagues elevate their thinking and strengthen stakeholder engagement
- Connect technical outputs to real-world business needs
- Translate complex commercial questions into clear analytical briefs
- Develop robust methodologies and practical solutions to improve growth
- Design and develop future analytics capabilities to unlock growth
- Ensure advanced analytics and AI are focused on biggest opportunities
