- Align talent strategy with Nestlé Operational Masterplan and Corporate Talent agenda
- Lead senior talent agendas for Operations
- Conduct succession planning and talent reviews
- Develop leadership pipeline for key global, regional, and operational roles
- Transform talent insights and workforce data into clear priorities
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to define future Operations capabilities
- Implement scalable leadership, technical, digital, and AI-enabled development solutions
- Strengthen talent and development practices
- Facilitate career conversations and development plans
- Provide mentoring and stretch assignments
- Design and execute acceleration programmes
- Promote internal mobility
- Ensure consistency and transparency in global talent processes
