Anforderungen
- Bachelors, Master’s, or PhD in Bioinformatics, Life sciences, Chemistry, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Significant professional experience driving data product lifecycle in scientific context
- Solid experience with Bioinformatics, Clinical, or Omics research data domains
- Ability to identify needs, translate requirements, and prioritize delivery
- Strong product ownership skills
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts
- Understanding of modern data ecosystems
- Semantic modeling, ontologies, and knowledge graphs
- FAIR data implementation, metadata management, and lineage tooling
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., DASH, Streamlit, Power BI) is an advantage
- Leadership experience
- Experience coordinating delivery through multidisciplinary teams and partners
- Ability to navigate complexity, manage ambiguity, and align stakeholders
- Experience in mentoring or guiding junior resources
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and knowledge-sharing skills
- Fluent spoken and written English

- Translate scientific needs into scalable data products across pipelines
- Orchestrate internal and external experts for priority delivery
- Champion AI-enabled data products
- Use automation and AI to generate faster, smarter insights
- Own scientific data products long-term
- Balance feasibility and impact for data products
- Guide continuous improvement using adoption, satisfaction, and delivered value
