In this role, you will dive into the world of private equity by analyzing portfolios, conducting due diligence, and supporting investment processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve evaluating opportunities, monitoring investments, and preparing insightful reports for stakeholders.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or related field
• •Advanced degree or CFA designation is a plus
• •1-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related field
• •Strong analytical skills
• •Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •High level of attention to detail
• •Strong organizational skills
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Aufgaben

• •Analyze and evaluate LP portfolios and GP-led transactions
• •Conduct due diligence, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment
• •Maintain core limited partnership models
• •Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee
• •Support sourcing, evaluation, and execution of direct private equity investments
• •Perform industry and company research to identify investment opportunities
• •Assist in preparing financial models, investment theses, and due diligence reports
• •Evaluate and monitor primary fund investments
• •Conduct market analysis and track industry trends
• •Assist in preparing investment recommendations and performance reports
• •Monitor performance of existing investments and prepare regular updates
• •Assist in developing and implementing value creation plans
• •Support preparation of valuations, quarterly and annual reports for investors
