Anforderungen

  • •5-8 years of working experience
  • •2–3 years of private equity experience
  • •Experience in technology, banking, or consulting
  • •Experience executing investments and due diligence
  • •Excellent analytical skills and business acumen

  • •Identify opportunities for operational improvement

  • •Advise on commercial acceleration and M&A
  • •Engage lenders on financing and covenants
  • •Contribute to exit planning and execution
