- Technical or business background

Aufgaben
- Lead Hexagon's responsible AI adoption
- Combine AI governance, partner negotiation, workforce enablement, education, and change management
- Build an AI-enabled company across a decentralized organization
- Define and maintain enterprise AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models
- Keep AI governance current as regulation, technology, and maturity change
- Own the enterprise AI tool portfolio and risk classification
- Run AI risk and impact assessments
- Advise functions on their AI obligations
- Guide responsible AI development, deployment, and use
- Ensure transparency, human oversight, and proper data handling
- Ensure compliance with the EU AI Act and other AI regulations
- Translate AI regulations into practical guidance for business teams
- Evaluate AI vendors, platforms, and use cases
- Act as Hexagon's counterpart to strategic AI partners
- Build relationships with AI partners for early access and preferential terms
- Negotiate commercial terms, licensing models, and data commitments with AI partners
- Negotiate security, compliance, and roadmap influence with AI partners
- Manage the vendor portfolio over time
- Monitor AI tools, model, and terms changes
- Benchmark AI alternatives
- Avoid unmanaged AI lock-in
- Drive execution of the AI-Enabled Company program
- Translate executive AI strategy into actionable programs
- Establish frameworks for measuring AI adoption, maturity, impact, and value
- Support divisions in identifying, prioritizing, and scaling AI opportunities
- Define usage guidance, licensing approaches, and transparency requirements
- Support teams in selecting the right AI tools and agents
- Own enterprise-wide AI literacy and upskilling
- Create and deliver AI trainings for employees, managers, executives, and technical teams
- Lead AI communities of practice, learning circles, and train-the-trainer initiatives
- Lead change management and cultural transformation toward AI-enabled ways of working
- Develop communication strategies, success stories, and awareness campaigns
- Foster experimentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration
- Build executive and employee confidence in AI
- Act as a member of the AI Hub leadership team
- Lead, coach, and develop one direct report
- Mobilize divisional teams, AI champions, and functional partners without direct authority
- Represent Hexagon internally and externally on AI governance and transformation
