Anforderungen
- University degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
- 2–3 years professional experience in AI/ML solution design, data-driven transformation, or AI product delivery in financial services, technology, or consulting
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI and large language models
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data modeling, analysis, and interpretation
- Comfortable working hands-on with tools and prototypes
- Proactive personality, takes ownership, uses initiative, delivers reliably with integrity
- Constructive challenger of status quo, seeks process and outcome improvement
- Strong team player, collaborates effectively at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Aufgaben
- Rethink and redesign processes end-to-end using AI/ML and data
- Design data-driven and AI-powered solutions
- Develop solution designs that challenge existing ways of working
- Identify where AI can eliminate manual effort, improve decision-making, or unlock new capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document current-state processes
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes
- Translate the target-state vision into user stories and functional deliverables
- Facilitate ideation and scoping workshops
- Prioritize new AI and data use cases for the ED&S platform and across platforms
- Define and present conceptual approaches and solution options
- Drive stakeholder decision-making
- Prepare training materials
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new tools and solutions
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for AI/ML solutions
- Act as the bridge between business and technology teams
- Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of AI tools and data-driven platforms
- Build and test prototypes to validate technical and business feasibility
- Prepare test cases
- Execute user acceptance tests
- Obtain sign-off from business stakeholders
- Stay current with generative AI and ML developments
- Proactively identify opportunities to apply generative AI and ML within the firm
- Act as product owner for AI/data solutions
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Define acceptance criteria
- Ensure delivered increments meet business objectives
- Manage the end-to-end delivery process in collaboration with AI/ML engineers and data specialists
- Organize sprints
- Track progress
- Remove blockers
- Keep stakeholders aligned
