As an Agile Operations Lead, you will support the People and Culture team by driving alignment and accountability. Your role involves facilitating OKR sessions, managing people analytics, and ensuring teams operate efficiently while addressing any delivery risks.

Anforderungen

  • •Proven experience in agile facilitation, OKR governance, or people operations
  • •Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into clear recommendations
  • •Stakeholder management skills and fine-tuned communication skills
  • •Experience with GSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and advanced Analytics
  • •Familiarity with GDPR/compliance in People Analytics
  • •Certification in agile frameworks or HR analytics
  • •Direct communication style with clarity and empathy
  • •Ability to challenge assumptions with data and keep teams motivated

Aufgaben

  • •Facilitate and document OKR planning sessions
  • •Conduct bi-weekly check-ins and quarterly retros
  • •Validate team capacity and configure OKR tools
  • •Maintain planning artifacts like sprint plans and retro boards
  • •Run agile ceremonies such as retros, planning, and reviews
  • •Ensure rituals are sharp, time-boxed, and outcome-focused
  • •Own company-wide people KPIs and create actionable reports
  • •Act as the first escalation point for team tensions or delivery risks
  • •Coordinate with the People Chapter on organizational improvements
  • •Schedule and coordinate recurring company events
  • •Track retro actions in Jira/Confluence and follow up with owners
  • •Propose data-backed improvements and pilot small-scale initiatives
