Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Master degree in Biology or equivalent
- Experience from IVD laboratory diagnostics business
- Experience from sales preferable but not mandatory if having strong experience from molecular diagnostic field
- Experience from molecular laboratory field mandatory
- Strong experience maintaining and developing customer relationships
- Fluency in English and German or French
Aufgaben
- Acquire new business
- Renew expiring contracts and negotiate prices
- Establish value propositions and build business cases
- Engage with customers post-sale
- Develop relationships with key molecular lab stakeholders
- Address customer requests and forward to the Service department
- Advise customers on lab productivity and design
- Maintain customer data in the CRM system and report activities
