Cultivating new business relationships and developing regional growth plans for capital equipment in genomic techniques. Proven capital equipment sales experience in diagnostics/life sciences and deep NGS understanding required. Significant regional travel for client engagement.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Business, or related field
- Proven experience selling capital equipment in diagnostics/life sciences
- Deep understanding of Next Generation Sequencing and genomic techniques
- Excellence in negotiation, strategic planning, organizational abilities
- Ability to identify technical needs and provide business solutions
- Strong business acumen and drive for complex sales
- Ability to deliver impactful presentations and communicate effectively
- Willingness for national and international travel
- 5+ years in clinical research or academic lab environment
- Experience selling Sequencers for NGS applications
- Proficiency in NGS data analysis
- Fluent English
- Advantageous knowledge of German and/or other European languages

- Represent Roche at industry events
- Work with marketing, product, service, and support teams
- Align sales efforts with company objectives
- Align sales efforts with customer needs
- Partner with subregional teams in Europe
- Develop and implement strategic market plans
