- Handle daily operations and project tasks
- Place orders and execute trades
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to reach out to clients
- Demonstrate professional, personal, and social skills in client interactions
- Ensure operational client account management
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide clients with relevant information
- Support RMs in implementing customized solutions
- Act as a role model for service quality
- Help the team manage and grow the client base
- Channel client feedback to relevant individuals and departments
- Maintain and update client records
- Create system-based reports for RMs
- Provide clients with verbal and written information
- Handle and execute client requests
- Process orders, trades, transactions, and payments
- Manage internal projects impacting account relationships
- Solve administrative issues and maintain relevant systems
- Collect and share information and research with colleagues
- Conduct reviews and document work
- Propose improvements based on experience and observations
- Adhere to compliance, legal guidelines, and internal policies
- Act as the first line of risk defense
- Raise concerns and follow up on issues
- Escalate issues as necessary
