- Grow existing business relationships and assets
- Ensure a holistic and high-standard client experience
- Identify, develop, and maintain HNW and UHNW relationships
- Increase wallet share and assets under management
- Generate net new assets and revenue efficiently
- Balance relationship management with administrative compliance
- Plan and manage time and budget resources
- Recommend suitable investment products based on client profiles
- Review client portfolios periodically for performance alignment
- Analyze market conditions and provide asset allocation recommendations
- Explain how investment types impact client objectives
- Manage all AML aspects including KYC and account behavior
- Inform management of circumstances requiring supervisory attention
- Collaborate with product and support functions across divisions
- Support business growth strategies and new product initiatives
- Contribute to the achievement of a high-performing team
- Participate in client social events and marketing activities
