- Master of Science in Business Administration or Life Science discipline, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial role, ideally within Flavors & Fragrances (F&F)
- Proven stakeholder-management capabilities, balancing conflicting objectives for business outcome
- Strong experience working across multi-disciplinary, diverse teams in complex, matrixed organizations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
